Here’s an update on the bricked SS: It appears that it was fixed and shipped, but to a different customer, not to me. The company provided me with the details of the person who received my inverter and even sent me pictures of it. Additionally, the mounting brackets are severely bent.

SS support said it needs to be sent in for repair.

Ever since the upgrade and now the downgrade getting this error : F34 AC_Overload_Fault

Yes I did a full Power down and a factory reset. Firmware was updated Saturday morning.

Anyone have issues with a firmware update. Normal light is off. After update SS only runs off the grid. Doesn’t use solar or batteries. Logged ticket, says waiting for engineer.

The cells do sell out quickly. There is a shipment coming in soon.

I use a forwarder, gets delivered to the door. Im pretty sure it will go via SAPO if not using forwarder.

Its the Neey 15A purchased from Aliexpress. Yes the 4A is fine just limit the current as you get closer to your top balance voltage so the balancer can cope.

Its overkill and I'm impatient. Money I was going to use on a charger decided to invest in the balancer. So I much easier.

Fully agree with @Chris_S Active balancers are the best, instead of purchasing a charger. It's super fast as well.
