Is it still recommended that you place the inverter in bypass mode and have no load? Need to plan when to switch over as there seems to be no real indication how long a update take from request to processing when reading all the posts. And anybody done the firmware update using the firmware requestion option from within the Connect app?

Any update on this? Did you contact Mybroadband or get somebody else to actually process you request?

I'm also looking atm but seems they are as rare as hen's teeth. On the Deye/Sunsynk you connect them on your AUX port and set to microinverter, but if you look at most diagrams and manuals supplied with these they show you plug them directly into a wall plug or connect to your DB 😲
