I went through very similar situation and as described above.   I also eventually contracted another installer to do the registration with CtC at a cost, which I recovered from the original electrician who defaulted on his agreement.   I wrote to the The Electrical Conformance Board of South Africa (ECB)  https://ecb.org.za/ and explained how I got done in and by who.    What happened between the parties I do not know, but 2 weeks later I received a very sad and apologetic phone call  and the culprit reluctantly agreed to pay the costs of the other installer to finalise the registration, which he did.😁

Hi @d3nominat0r, I did. A company called Somewatt Solar (owner is named Dean) did a some of extra work for for me, adding a battery and fixing the mess Renegade Energy (original installer) made with the wiring and setup. After that work they did a CoC and SSEG registration. I'm not sure they do that in general for installs they didn't start themselves, but you can ask.

I saw the same yesterday, according to Solarman I used 0kw grid, but my pre-paid meter went down with 5 units.

There are some losses and inefficiencies in many inverters,a little over 10% doesn't look farfetched based on experience

Deye takes responsibility of the administration of all their solar man accounts. Remember Solar man takes on many sub vendors like Solis, Livoltek, GC Solar, Sunsynk, Deye & many others. They will raise a ticket should you have a technical query. However, for an issue like this I would say that Deye needs to assist. 
Ask this technician to also unlock the remote settings feature for your inverter. I have contacted this guys before & he always replied within 24hrs. 
Yeah no point reserving precious RAM for an unfair event. More beer & world peace ✌️

Sorry you encountered one of these bandits...They ruining this industry & the name of good reputable installers. 

Your Battery Max Discharge is set to 70amps. 48volts x 70amps = 3360w. Below is the data sheet for your battery. Max discharge is 75A per battery so you can change the setting on the inverter to 150A. This will give you about 7.2kw from the batteries.
 
If you need more then you can set it higher as you can see in the data sheet they can peak to 100A each for 15s. The BMS will protect the batteries in this case and probably trip before the inverter does. But pulling this much juice from your batteries too often will shorten their life.
 

SOCs can also be somewhat inaccurate,some full discharge/recharge cycles recalibrate the state usually
