Just a question ? Are you a qualified electronics technician ? Do you have a Service manual for this model? ...Sometimes the SMPS also goes faulty and other simple things ...What make you think its the igbt's? They are used for the charging of the batteries so its a charger ....We can give you advice but better send it back to the agent ..or if no warranty anymore we can have a look at it for you .. The Victron Quattro's are not even connected yet .....we trying to setup the Cerbo-GX to talk to the batteries for the BMS...

Thanks for the reply ...We installed the same batteries to two Sunsynk 8kw invertors with the comms cables installed and all six batteries came up with 60% capacity. And communicate with the Invertor. The ones I'm talking about are for a Victron System with a cerbo-Gx controller ,three phase Victron Quatro system with two Victron MPPT's ...When we switch any off the batteries ON...the LED lights flash like a night rider bar ...and then when you switch the OFF the bottom LED stays in a Alarm status ...and you cannot switch the battery OFF anymore...
