I can’t access segen Solar. Any clue on what WEB-HUB-LINK says?

I updated the inverter which had 71.97 to 72.00 and left the one with 92.00 intact. They now seem to talk to each other ok

Thank you Coulomb. Updating the older inverter to 72.00 seems to have done the trick. I changed the output mode on the newer inverter to parallel and the display is now showing it as SL

The firmware displayed on the panel is 92.00 for u1 and 102.73 for u2 trying to load any 71 or 72 firmware results in error 32 using usb or serial method the inverter makes some internal noises…. Probably changing state… but then comes up with 32 after a few seconds.

I’m in Zimbabwe. I bought a Kodak 5.48 about 3 years ago. It’s been working fine. I bought another Kodak 5.48 last year. It’s all wired up and tested BUT when I try to enable parallel on the new inverter it says the 2 inverters must have the same firmware. The older inverter was updated to 071.97 using usb But the newer one fails with U03 followed by warning 32. The newer inverter has firmware 00092.00 which may be the source of the update failure. The segen firmware download link given to my registered supplier doesn’t work any more. Does anyone know how I can resolve the problem to avoid sending the inverter back to my supplier who will have to return it to segen in SA. I’m trying to avoid the stiff transport cost and possible additional customs duty

I've had a kodak OG plus 5.48 for about 2 years. Its been working fine but i needed a bit more power at certain times of the day so I got another one this year. Everthing is now wired up with the right parallel cables. i tested the new inverter with the old one isolated from the circuit. it works fine. I set the older inverter to parallel and it displayed HS ok. When I tried to set the newer inverter to parallel the newer inverter came up with an error which i looked up and it indicated that the inverters need to be on the same firmware version. I downloaded 00071.97 from the segen solar web site before downloads were disabled. I updated the older inverter to 00071.97 using a prolific serial to usb cable. I tried to do the same with the newer inverter but it kept failing with connect error. I tried again with a ch340 serial to usb cable with the same result. I tried the USB upgrade method and it kept failing with a U03 followed by error 32 warning. I tried the USB method on the older inverter and it went through ok. I tried swaping the remote display units with the same result. The newer inverter is showing firmware 00092.00 watchpower. can anyone help.
