Hi All I have a client with a 5Kva Axpert unit , error 09. Normally i would quote on a replacement unit or send them to Mustek. My question is on these units is it cost effective to have it repaired, if so what price range are we looking at. I do get several of these in every now and then, if you are or know of a reliable repair company plse inbox me. Thx

Hi I just added us3000 (x2) onto a goodweEM unit, had to do a firmware upgrade and select the us2000*2 option.Without the update the inverter goes into fault and drops all power. Under correction i think you can have 6 us2000 stacked then any more and a coms hub is required. So in short yes check the correct config and get the required files first

Hi One of my clients has the same issue, residential area (Orange Grove JHB side). Voltage can drop as low at 170V ! This happens up and down during the day. Had municipality there, fault is on their supply side. All they can offer "Unfortunately the Transformer cannot handle the Loads, They are not sure when it can be upgraded".That was around 6 months ago. Currently have an Axpert unit in there doing the heavy lifting and acting as a voltage regulator.

Hi All, I must be fortunate i have 2 x Solis systems (small units) in the field. They been behaving for around a year now.Only get alarm from one unit that the grid voltage is low.
