Deye LSG-3 LS4G Drama
Thank you very much for your answer and sorry for this very late reply. After a long long time asking help to support I ended buying new loggers from manufacturer and they told me the devices I had could only work in India even if they was sold by a big distributor in Europe. So, you mean send AT + [CR] for all standard baudrate speeds until I got this OK reply? I still have a box full of this loggers, so I could give a try!

Burnt MC4 connectors
If I had to bet, would be on connectors was dirty when connected It will make them heat. In a sunny day could be enough to burn.

LuxPower SNA US 6000 Inverter
Hello AJDun, You should give a bit more information I think. It have been working in past and now after long time is not working anymore, is that situation? How much power you use to charge the batteries? When you try charge the batteries you hear clicks on inverter?

Deye 5kv inverter loses communication with Volta stage 1 battery when fully charged.
I agree, I think I have same issue in another 5kW deye inverter with deye batteries too. Always shutdown AC each time battery gets 100%.

Voltronic Axpert VM III Self Consumption
Thank you very much for you fast and complete reply!! This inverter in about 16h discharge 8x12V75Ah (20h) = 7 200Wh until 47V. (Lets consider 70% DOD, Im halving their life I know 🤐) 80% for efficiency in discharge ( Usually I have 70 to 80% of charge/discharge cycle, lets consider worst situation because at moment temperature drops from 10C to 0C at night) 20% loss of capacity for temperatures near of zero And we have 7200*0,7*0,8*0,8= 3225Wh 3200 Wh in 16h is about 200W. If this firmware does fans run at full time when shouldn't, could explain it? At moment I left it USB for be easier for costumer charge batteries with generator, you think that in SBU mode could have less consumption?

Voltronic Axpert VM III Self Consumption
I have a Voltronic Axpert VM III 6kW (Wifi Version) and it seems have a high self consumption, of about 100 to 150W in no load conditions. Is it normal? Main CPU firmware: 55.06 Secundary CPU firmware: 19.16 PV: 4x580Wp Battery: 8x 12V85Ah Lead Acid Thank you

Generator Not charging Batteries
Nothing is wrong, "Start at 70%" means generator will start working when charge is 70% or below. So when your battery SoC is above 70% inverter will stop charging from generator. By the way, I have a costumer in offgrid and sometimes he need charge the batteries with inverter, its a 6kW DEYE inverter and he uses a old 3kVA Honda generator, with very unstable frequency. What make very hard put it charging batteries. After a while working with it I found: Frequency gets big drops each time a load is connected/disconnected. Solution for it was: Start charging with 4A (200W) and increasing gradually 4A (200W) each time. For this generator I found that I can get until 1000W without have it gets too unstable. But for example at 900W it is a bit unstable. So basically I think when you use a weak generator is important do a "soft start" with it and test where is his comfortable power.

Voltronic Axpert VM IV 5600-48 Various issues. Please help
Where is inverter? Can that room get too hot in summer? It happens at winter too?

Caravan solarization project - Ecoflow Delta 2 unit
2x200W would work As well 3x150W, maybe you are calculating from Open Circuit Voltage (Voc) 20.34 V, that x3 would be 61,02V > 60V. Eco flow doesn't specific if their specifications are open circuit or working voltages but when only give information "11-60V, 15A, 500W max" seems working conditions so we are talking about Opt. Operating Voltage (Vmp) 18 V, so it means its only 54V. Anyway even if is not recommended you wouldn't have problems to have 61,02Voc for a 60Voc mppt.

Deye LSG-3 LS4G Drama
Hello, I will share where my little drama of trying have a inverter data in place without wifi access. Maybe someone can help in some way, maybe this info could help someone with same struggle. As you already should know, deye inverters work with Solarman platform loggers ( IGEN Tech). What is usually used, but well I have some places where I dont have wifi so I need another solution. So I bought 2 LS4G-5, that already have a integrated eSIM, that is supposed work everywhere. When I finally got it I found it just doesnt work, and I tried in different places to check if it was a weak signal problem. SOLARMAN support never could give me a solution or a explanation they just avoid reply to tickets about it. Then I bought a LSG-3, this work with a SIM CARD. I got a IoT card with a 10years plan to discover it doesn't work as well. Be aware that all this time and for each step I contacted SOLARMAN support, as their support usually doesnt give much information I need insist, insist, insist. Finally they said its a APN problem and I should change it to my SIM card APN, and need be done sending a AT command, "AT+YZAPN=", it should be done local, via a RS232 tool, not in DB9 port but internally after disassemble it. Just to understand how their supports works, each "bold" phrase was different reply. I never sent AT commands, or communicated with logger by that so I have been a lot searching how I could do it. I bought a USB to RS232 Converter (PL2303) And this is logger disassembled: Wiring connection was done like that: And ends up like that: For software I firstly tried Putty but I was not successful with that (maybe because wrong configuration) so I find another one that seems better for me SerialTool that can be find here: https://www.serialtool.com/ For communication you should know right configuration, that I dont know and either Deye or SOLARMAN support couldn't give me yet. So I tried the most common: And to be honest I tried many different Baudrates without success, I always get read commands like that: That from my research could mean that baudrate is wrong. And Im stuck here at moment, be aware that I dont have much knowledge about it. Probably Im doing something wrong, so all help is welcome! Would be nice that we could gather information enough to make it working and do guide how to do it for other users.

Solarman Dongle LSW-3 stopped working (on Sunsynk 5.5KW)
I already had this problem in a Deye inverter, it was the communication board broken. You should contact support and ask for repair/replace that board.

Deye SE-G5.1 Pro batteries
Thank you so much for your time, but actually what I want is total voltage Value, like your 58.4V. Basically I want see If I can use this batteries without communicate with BMS 😅 Btw, you know how to send RS485 commands to inverters logger? I got the command that I need from solarman support but they didnt gave any settings for communication and who is replying to emails knows less than me, and after ask to engineer just give me a very incomplete information. 😅

Deye SE-G5.1 Pro batteries
Hello @ZS1SCI, I just registered on this forum to thank you for the amazing job that you have been doing! Could you please give me a graphic of SOC vs BMS voltage for these batteries? Basically I just need see their voltage during one cycle of charging/discharging.
