  1. 2x comments from my side. Booster pump (maybe other pumps as well) on a separate inverter ; ie instead of 3x in parallel take 2x in parallel and the third one separate for pumps. I've got a similar scenario and this will ensure that if there is a sudden "pull" that your normal appliances cannot be impacted by this The (almost) 30KwH seems to be quite high for only lights and your base evening load? I've got about 20kwH nominal and can run dishwasher twice in the evening if required.
  2. Most likely the Gen port , even in off grid scenario the Gen port charging can be limited and inverter is aware of possible hertz fluctuations
  3. R 13,181.00 incl VAT

  5. They indeed initiated it, got a note and was informed to chose a day
  6. I've been migrated to prepaid in Tshwane so will most likely stick for now...
  7. I don't see the exact hertz fluctuation - due to loadshedding and power outages in my area....
  8. Sorry I can't assist with licenses and keys. I'm still hoping that someone would be able to take the ICM project further but this doesn't seem to be the case...
  9. I've not pulled the plug as yet... Also did not read any posts, see below on what I've learned so far. Based on my checks one indeed need to physically visit a walk-in center. Direct Eskom customer can google this, [email protected] with specific subject line #DCE Subject: #DCE Gauteng Email to: [email protected] With details below Move out request - details required on email Full name and surname: Premise address: Eskom account number: Forwarding Postal address: contact details (such as your cellphone number) Move in customer contact details Move out date Transfer letter Closing readings How to cut your grid connection...How to cut your grid connection in South AfricaBig electricity price increases make it attractive for South African households and businesses to become electricity-independent and kiss Eskom goodbye.
  10. All back to normal again - this was a once-off lower-than-usual SOC due to very low PV and Eskom being unavailable for a few days in my area. It re-calibrated the same day and back to the normal and in line with the other US2000 Plus'es
  11. I'm interested in 2 if you still have them
  12. I've been charging my Pylontech's on 52.4v but cycles now around 800 cycles and see that one cell (and overall SOC of applicable battery) is not aligned with the other ones anymore. First 4x = US3000C's , battery 5-8 = US2000 Plus series. Who has experience / guidance here - I've seen some activity where some users were looking for other cells. Would be great if someone can point me in a direction. Screenshot from ICM below.
  13. Ok seeing that I'm not a direct eskom customer above email is not relevant. Need to Cancel with municipality.
  14. I've decide to pull the plug - literally but also figuratively. Based on my quick google search the easiest would be an email #DCE submitting a disconnection request. I've send an email this morning but need some advice / guidance from someone that went through this recently.

  16. R2.6k more for brand new battery. For some reason batteries got significantly cheaper, good reason to upgrade but has impact on 2nd hand value.
  17. What is your current cycle count - assume you need something more or less the same?
