Shew thank goodness I found this forum. Stumbled upon their site and was looking for a contact number to ask them questions. Got suspicious when no phone was listed, so googled and found this forum.

Make sure to use a reputable company so much online fraud in Solar at the moment its honestly scary. Double check references and preferably only pay when they done with the installation.

Thanks Stefan and Kevin. I was one click away from completing a big order. They emailed to ask why I hadn't completed and I questioned the EFT only option and asked what secure payment on the site meant. They replied that they have accounts at all major banks...........whatever that may mean. It's mind boggling that they can have such flashy websites out in the open and there is no regulatory protection.

Infinity is down again. At least we were busy earlier this week with ISPA, and they advised Afrihost took it down for the second time now. It seems to be an endless battle with these scammers as they just come out of new holes every week again.

Just make sure about the domain name, cause these scammers sometimes use a name that sounds very similar or looks similar.

All the info I have regarding Bradley at the moment is that he is a Zambian staying in South Africa and running all these. We provided SAPS with 7 numbers he has or had but they can't seem to do anything with it.

I do have an open case. The guys are struggling to track him down, which I suppose is based on the MO. I am extremely patient however, that same investment that was lost was prepared over a long period of time. I do not know what the final outcome is going to be for the investigation but, the projects must go on!

The person behind this is Bradley Mbifi, various of these scam sites are linked to him, and cases have been opened. I would recommend you do this as well.

........ and the criminal is doing the same thing while on bail!! This kind of idiot belongs in jail - forever!

They have changed to Xneelo now and not Axxess anymore please submit the same complaints to Xneelo via a Take Down notice as we can then hopefully get this taken down for good now.

If i may give you advice if you are not 100% sure don't do it. Ask the company for references in your area not telephonic references but physical addresses and drive out there speak to the owners of existing installations and see for yourself. While you at it ask to see a COC and test report  for the installation and get the name and registration number of the IE. Also enquire about how payment was made and if there where any discrepancies.

Searching for inverters and panels is so difficult due the abundance of fake websites and them appearing near the top of the Google listings...
Stick to well known reputable companies!
