Hi, I am running an Axpert 5kva and two pylontech us3000 as a backup in case of load shedding. System is in standby but i randomly get the warning light on the master battery coming on ,does not flash. If I switch the battery off and on again it seems to reset itself . What would cause this?

Your geysers are on non essentials side?

Sounds like you have a slight short in borehole pump

Hi Now on my third axpert inverter in a week, first had out of box failure, second had coms failure, now on number three and keeping fingers crossed. if i am monitoring with icc software do i still need to connect the coms cable that comes with the pylontech between the pylontech and the inverter?

hi, trying to purchase a raspberry pi and software from icc software, placed an order and got a confirmation number but no way to pay? No bank details on their web page.

Finally took the plunge and did my installation, did it over a few days , made a few mistakes . Today was the day that I got to power it all up only to find the axpert had a failure, no ac output. Rushed off to the supplier and got it swopped out and 30 min later the system finally came alive. Thank you to Coulomb for the info and a big thank you to Suly for assisting with advice and programming.

Hi I am in the final stage of my install, I have an Axpert 5kva with 2 pylontech us3000. I now want to do the ac input to the inverter, do I take the ac from before the earth leakage or after the earth leakage ie: eskom to main switch to circuit breaker to inverter or eskom to main switch to earth leakage to cicuit breaker to inverter? Hi I have two pylontech us 3000b batteries in a small steel cabinet which limits me with space. How safe would it be to fit them on the bottom shelf of a chipboard cupboard that has no door on it?
