  1. The update is done over the air after logging a ticket - so not really controllable, no. Some have had a response within 30mins of logging a ticket, and others receive a response the next day, so your mileage might vary.

  3. At the beginning of July 2024, we had our one updated. It's currently running the below, I'm not sure if there's been any updates in the last 3 months, but at least it's a reference point: M 3.3.8.6 / S 1.5.1.5 / C E.4.3.9 On the previous page, there was a post from the end of March 2024 where the M and S versions were the same as the above, but the CE was one revision prior - C E.4.3.8
  4. Ok cool, thanks, appreciate it. Pretty cool tool to use. I don't have Solar myself, but it will be great to use as a benchmark to understand what's possible.

  6. Would I be correct in understanding that the Azimuth for us in South Africa would be a negative number, like -150 as an example depending on your roof? If I understood it correctly, 0 is South? So -180 would be North?
  7. Thanks for that Coulomb, appreciate it.
  8. Apologies for slightly derailing - do you know if the Mecer SOL-I-AX-3MPlus24 (3kva/3kw), 145VDC, would suffer from the same over and under issues, seeing it's an Axpert? I believe there's no custom firmware available for these units. The date stamp shows 01/2020 manufacture. Reason I am asking, is that I was only planning on getting a non Plus and using it solely as a battery backup, but was able to scoop a new Plus for a good price. Thanks.
