September 17, 20214 yr Hi All I have 3 Pylontech's connected to an Axpert managed by ICC. Battery 1 SOC is only 42 compared to the other 2 ... is that battery faulty?
September 28, 20214 yr Are you able to isolate that battery and charge it to 100% and then reconnect them all together? Maybe they need to be synced
September 29, 20214 yr Look up how to balance the batteries first. There videos on youtube that show how to balance the pylontechs. It involves turning them off, disconnect from inverter. Turn batteries on while they all connected together still. They will start balancing each other. Then when you done connect all back up. Since you do have 2 at 100%, it will be faster to charge the 42% battery to 100%, then balance them again for good measure. That said, if the problem happens again, then there is a problem that you could call one is faulty.
