Hi

I received my inverters back from Mustek after being repaired from lightning damage.

However, I cannot get them to work in parallel.  There is no error code.

One shows HS for master and the other two SL for slaves but the.  All of them show the AC in, the battery charges and if I connect the PV it shows on the panel but the image for the "Load" does not show on any of the panels--see image.

Screen when on parallel

If I turn them on one, by one, and set it to single mode (setting 28 to SIG) each one works perfectly-- see image

Note that these two images were not taken under the same circumstances wrt PV and AC connections.

I suspect some problem with the parallel cards (I checked the wiring) but it is a big schlep to remove them and take them back in so I am hoping for some miracle advice from someone here :)

You might be on the right track. I had such a problem with a new MKS 5K only after a few months in service. It showed error 72 . Luckily I had one spare. After exchanging it by chance on the newer one it run again correctly. It was then replaced under guarantee. Now I have 2 complete spare sets of parallel kits. If it happened to be the same type on your inverter, you could have one. In the picture you see two different types of parallel cards. The upper, smaller is the one I got.

Thanks Beat

I suspect mine is similar to the smaller one at the top of your picture.  I will check and let you know

The bottom one seems to be missing the current sharing terminals. Unless they go via the extra connector.

The number of pins for the left connector differs too; the lower one looks like it might be a clone or work-alike.

Just for completeness, I took my inverters in and all three parallel cards had to be replaced.

@Beat: Thanks again but it was just convenient to have them replace all three while they were at it
