March 2, 20224 yr My installer has recommended ECO v5.7 LiFePo4 batteries for my solar installation, but I've never heard of these and am unable to find any info on them. Has anyone dealt with them before and have any experience / info on them? I've searched online and not found anything, which makes me skeptical. My installer provided a spec sheet but I can't find a way to upload a PDF, so I'm unable to share it. Any info would be really appreciated.
March 3, 20224 yr Is the brand maybe not "ECCO"? I have seen that brand commonly sold at the Chinese shops and don't think, the quality will be any good. Ask your installer to provide a picture of the battery and a link to the manufacturer website.

March 5, 20224 yr Nice looking battery - suspiciously similar to Hubble AM2 (see images below) However, the spec sheet seems a bit amateurish: they state elevation > 4000m. Presumably they mean < 4000m. Is the enclosure really aluminium? Looks very much like a no-name here-today-gone-tomorrow setup. Not so long ago, some of these 1C battery brands were also unknown and they still have a long way to prove them selves too.

But those batteries are definitely not on the SunSynk compatibility list. Your installer has to prove they can talk over CAN bus to each other.

After all, the battery looks similar to Hubble, my guess is that the internals and BMS might also be the same. Since there is no info on this battery, you will be the one confirm if it works and share with the forum.

September 21, 20223 yr Hi guys, new EVO is launching shortly. Previous version was manufactured in the same factory as Hubble. Works with sunsynk can to can protocol 0, Deye can to can protocol 00, growatt no problems can to BMS/ CAN protocol 52 on 5.7kw. the new version is 1.5C rated. Max charge and discharge 150A. 5.7kw usable capacity and Lithium Iron not Ion which is better suited than lithium ion for the application. Wall mount is simple and effective for installation. Now also comes with a colour touch screen to view cells SOH etc
