Evening all

Solar noob here.  I have a Sunsynk 5kw that throws the above error every time I simulate loadshedding by throwing the breaker between the grid connection and my main DB.  I have solar panels installed (and delivering power) but no battery.  Battery settings set up to reflect this.  Grid settings set to 50hz.

Syunsynk data logger is not showing much more in terms of detail.

Anyone seen this before? Anyone have any advice?

Many thanks

Hi. It’s normal when the inverter is operating as a grid tied inverter.

Thanks! But the inverter switches off, even when solar is good. Is that normal? How do I keep power from panels when Eskom dies?

Yes that’s normal. You will need to install a battery.
