Hi Carwyn, Did you manage to find out how to fix this problem? I’m getting the same F41 fault often, and the whole system goes down.

What is the cause of a F41 - Parallel System Stop - Error when loadshedding starts?

Are you running a single inverter or a parallel setup?

I am running 2x 5kW Sunsynks in parallel and have never had that error message

Also having this on a 5 inverter setup - F41. Crashes out all the inverters and my office goes completely dead for about 2 minutes. Tends to occur when there is lots of sun and loadshedding begins.

The most common cause would be firmware that is incorrect. All the inverters must be on the same firmware for parallel to work. Get on to the sunsynk WhatsApp support group, send pictures of all the logger devices and ask for an update. Do not touch the system when updating except when absolutely necessary.

Where can one get the detail for the Whatsapp group? Alternatively the relevant firmware update?

Not sure about the whatsapp group but you can request a firmware upgrade online.

If you have the sunsynk dongle and are using sunsynk connect then go here

If you are using the Solarman Dongle and are using Solarman app then send an email to

Good day all.

Has anyone found a solution to this topic? I have a parallel system consisting out of 2 X 12kW sunsynk's and I've got the same issue. Master inverter goes into F41 "Parallel_System_Stop" and the slave goes into F34 "AC_Overload_Fault".

I updated both inverters today to 1140 from 1127 through the Segen Sunsynk Installer group. All dip switches at both inverters parallel ports are toggled into the "ON" position and the cable has been checked and is working.

If anyone is able to find or provide a solution, that would be most appreciated.

We also have the same problem with 2x12kW Sunsynks. Software is identical 2005-1140 on each. The installer mumbled something about over-voltage and not enough info to diagnose the fault and we've told him to stop bull$4itting us - No overvoltage fault and it happened at night with no PV input when load shedding hit. The system tried to reset itself three times then returned to normal when city power returned. We're dreading the next outage.

The fault appears to be intermittent as we've gone through previous load shedding without problems.

Hello, just adding to the group thread on the exact same issue.

Has there been any updates or follow ups on how to correct this issue?
