July 22, 20223 yr Hi, I need help for inverter settings. We have heavy load shedding around 6 to 8 hours. Bellow is my current settings. Battery 185Ah system 12v panel 150x4 program 2 20A program 5 use program 12 12.80 program 13 13.80 program 16 snu program 26 14.10 program 27 13.50 program 29 12.50 Thanks

July 23, 20223 yr You could maybe go to 30 A maximum total charge current (setting 02). All else looks OK. Edit: you could get a little more run time, at the expense of reduced battery life, by reducing setting 29 (low DC cutoff voltage) to as low as say 12.2 V (as low as I would want to go). July 23, 20223 yr Author Thanks for you suggestion i will change charge current to 30A but i don't want to compromise on battery life.

July 23, 20223 yr Author That's good but i am afraid if battery discharge till 12.2v may not fully charge again since i have small system and heavy load shedding. Any way i will give a try.

July 27, 20223 yr Author Hi, I made some experimental changes and now error code 02 appears. when grid off after 30 minutes inverter starts warning but doesn't shut off , continue running for next two hours then grids on. Load was around 200w. Now This happened every time grids off. Battery is fully charged on floting stage 13.3v I change back to old settings but problem still there. This is my settings. Battery 185Ah(Tall tubular deep cycle) system 12v panel 150x4 program 1 SBU program 2 30A program 5 USE program 12 12.30 program 13 FULL program 16 SNU program 26 14.30 program 27 13.30 program 29 11.90 Please help. Thanks Edited July 27, 20223 yr by Chunu

Thanks Error 02 is over temperature. Was it working very hard under high load at some stage during LS.
July 27, 20223 yr Author No load is always within the limit. Error disappear automatically when grid is on. Error appears when battery voltage 12.1v under load around 200w.

Are your fans running while discharging from batteries? With setting 29 now at 11.9V you should be getting a 04 warning that the battery is discharged past your low alarm level. Do you get a 04 warning code?
July 31, 20223 yr Author Hi, Found the reason of fault 02, infact the warning indicator 02 and that is for low battery. Unfortunately my inverter is old model (delux power max 1200- 900w) and doesn't have user manual. I downloaded user manual for another brand which have similar functions. After changing the battery problem solved. Thanks Coulomb & Scorp007 for help.

When you indicated you don't have an alarm for battery getting low I found it strange and in the back of my mind I wondered if your inverter doesn't have different warning codes. Again the danger of using current model setting/code numbers for other/clone models.
