March 4, 20233 yr sORRY i HAVE READ SOME THREADS HOWEVER I AM NOT WINNING. nEEW INSTALLATION WITH A 5KW MECER PFI INVERTER/CHARGER TWO M3000 ESS UNIT BATTEREIES IN PARRALEL. SYSTEM STARTS AND RUN 100% FOR A FEW MIUTES TEN SWITCHES OFF SHOING ERROR CODE 08 AND EVEN AFTER SEVERAL RE STARTS ROBLEM PERSISTS 242VAC IN 242 VAC OUT ALL GOOD , FAN COMES ON CHARGE LIGHT FLASHES GREEN THEN SUDDENLY IT SWITCHES OFF AND GOES INTO ERROR CODE 08 HELP! REGARDS THE DODGER

Also, do you have solar as well? Edited March 4, 20233 yr by BritishRacingGreen
March 4, 20233 yr You can try this disconnect mains from inverter restart on battery only see if inverter runs and error code is cleared. If cleared re-connect mains ac if fault code 08 comes back you most probably got a damaged board. This is normally caused by overcurrent or overvoltage mains spike
March 4, 20233 yr There is a known issue with electrically leaky panels (leaking to earth). But if you have no solar panels connected, then that's obviously not the issue. I vaguely recall another recent issue with this, with no panels. If so, there may be a manufacturing flaw or design flaw. Possibly exacerbated by the ongoing parts shortage.
