Hi,

Which repair centres in and around Pretoria/Gauteng would you guys advise?

A balance between price and service needs would be optimal.

This is a very important question.

Mustek and Rectron have the capability (In my Opinion), but will not repair inverters not purchased from them originally. Additionally, and from experience, Rectron does not have the largest supply of spare parts which may influence the lead time of your potential repair.

I found Caprica Solar online, and while they appeared ever-willing and potentially competent to perform the repairs, they too did not have stock of any spare components/replacement boards.

We are looking for someone who urgently can repair 2 infinisolar 10 kw hybrid inverters. Or advice how we can get new dry board spares.

Voltronic don't respond  to emails. Tried that

Where did you purchase the inverters from, may I ask? It is usually best to request support from your original equipment supplier as they should have direct contact with a Voltronic Power rep.

anyone have any luck with Caprica Solar to repair a Axpert?

They wanting to charge R4 255.00 for a complete new main board?

any responses appreciated... although I fear this my be the only option....

Give EasyPower solar a call in Randburg.

I am unsure if they will repair if not procured from them, but always helpful and excellent understanding of these inverters.
