Hi.

Can anybody maybe assist and tell me which tipe of bypass diodes these panels use.

I would like to know before I take them off to test and get the correct spares.

I would rather try and get the specs from a top brand solar panel for the schottky diodes.

@Hendrik Viljoen  10SQ050 SCHOTTKY BARRIER RECTIFIER  I have used these on a few different panels.

As long as the voltage an current ratings are higher then the specs on the panel. is that true?

I see some "bypass diodes" is a square block and if you look at the specs there is some other circuitry included in that block.

Based on this circuit the specs for it is up to 15A which is then good for the panel with a 12A Isc.
