January 1, 20197 yr I've just lost my solar virginity couple of weeks back, small setup for play and learning purposes. 3 x 265 AE pannels, 1 x Aexpert 5KVA, 1x US2000 Pylontech. Using ICC to monitor and configure an inverter, also monitoring battery with the custom us2000 cable for icc software. The last couple of days I've noticed that Axpert simply stopped using PV input. It shows a mppt reading of ~100 V but it's not using any of it. Not sure if I got some settings mixed up, or there is something else going on. But only way to get pv to be used is to "reboot" inverter. Any ideas ?

January 2, 20197 yr I've seen once how a bug in mppt firmware could cause it to get stuck in startup. It was an mppt from a different manufacturer, so this might not be applicable, but it does happen. Changing settings, such as charge voltage, might sometimes reset the algorithm and cause it to start up. This is of course not a long term solution, just a test.

What are the recommended resources to check firmware updates and known issues?

It's one of the things that continues to amaze me about this inverter, how it remains so popular despite the really shoddy firmware situation. I know this is not an answer... Other than our resident Aussies I know no resources.

And then, they'll be reasonable inverter-chargers. Not great, but good enough for many purposes.

As it turned out my firmware is 72.70c. Which according to the resource above is one of yours master. The moment you are not a DIY'er, tinkerer, you cannot be bothered with issues or forums, you have it done professionally, then the picture changes very quickly. The above two groups shall never meet. :-) Ps. I do have a tickle to get an idea to form a thought to wonder if maybe the Victron group is every so slightly growing her on PF. ;-)

It's not strange if it is a clone. @Padwan sent me a PM with a photo of his label and LC Display. The label looks non-genuine, but the display and buttons are perfect. @malek94 posted that when a reseller buys a container worth of machines, they get the option of a custom label / sticker. So a genuine machine's label might not conform to the Voltronic default 14-digit bar-code; it seems likely that they would want to change that. January 15, 20197 yr I have the same problem, (3 x 5kv inverters in parallel Not the latest models) the inverters were running on grid power through the night no problem the system is set to switch on at 07h15 to solar power, as soon as it did this the system crashed and gave me an error code 60 but only on inverters 1 and 3 Code 60 states that there is feed back power. How can this just happen when the system was running fine with no issues? Any suggestions
