May 10, 20242 yr Have Voltronic/MPI Infini 10KW that is showing incorrect Daily generation stats, both on LCD screen and in SNMP Web card. My guess is that its internal data memory is corrupted after recent solar upgrade - during which inverter was shut off several times. Is there a way to completely clear/delete past generation data from inverter and snmp web card? I've looked through manual and LCD screen menu and SNMP web interface, but don't see anyway to do it. @Coulomb You're quite knowledgeable wrt Voltronic inverters, can you please help?
May 11, 20242 yr I know next to nothing about Infinis, but Axpert Maxs have setting 37 for "Reset all stored data for PV generated power and output load energy". Presumably Infinis have something similar. There is also the RTEY command to achieve the same thing. Infinis would have a "secure" version of this, starting with the '^' (up arrow) character.

I have service manual for Infini, but it doesn't include instructions for accessing any hidden menus etc.
May 15May 15 @LionKing were you able to resolve the issue, maybe able to reset something? I have a 3KW infini and since about a week ago the daily generation on the inverter itself does not reset overnight anymore like it used to do in the past. Lately when I check the inverter in the morning before sunrise, it already displays a daily generation of anything between 5 and 15 kW, sometimes more, sometimes less. During the day the generation increases as expected, it just doesn't reset (at midnight) like it used to. I powered down the inverter to hopefully "reset/restart" everything, but that did not solve the problem. Ps. I'm not running any monitoring software, so I don't really know if it actually resets at midnight and then maybe generates power from the moonlight perhaps. 😁 Guess I'll have to monitor it to know what exactly happens, but that is not a priority right now while the inverter is still running fine... Any other suggestions, maybe to reset something?
May 15May 15 Author I couldn't figure it out. I think upgrading inverter firmware fixed it but I'm not 100% sure. I did end up getting SolarAssistant software - which is much better than monitoring via its own snmp webpage.
