Hi Guys, installed  Synapse 5.0k with a stack of 4 x US2000 LITHIUM batteries. The Synapse cannot communicate with the batteries, even though I have the correct coms cable, 1&2 on Batteries, and 7&8 on Synapse. Dip-switch 1 on master battery on

With manual settings, the second issue came up: the batteries indication lights ( green ) started up as usual, but after a while, it was as if the batteries operated in pairs, with the top two green lights flashing ( charging ) and the other two off. After 10 min the system would just stop operating, no charging, no output (220V)

Had a similar issue when I added two more batteries to my stack. It turned out the new master had one of its dip switches set. Once I made sure that all dip switches was off on all the batteries, and I turned batteries off and then on again, the whole stack started working correctly and in sync.

I’ve had the stack running in battery back up mode (only charging, not discharging) the last few days in order for all the batteries to bring their SOC’s in sync as well. They all seem in sync now, but I’ll give it another day or so just to be sure.
