October 10, 20241 yr Hi all, I need some assistance please, I have. SS 12kw 3Ph inverter with 2 x SS 10.65ke batteries. The one battery was installed recently. Both batteries have the latest FW installed for their specs, but they run on different versions as one is much newer. The installer is struggling to get the newer battery to talk with the inverter, is there a way or method that needs to be used to get the new battery to be the Master and talk to the inverter? The old battery cannot be master due to the older FW version. Any help appreciated. Thank you
October 10, 20241 yr Maybe send an email to sunsynk with battery serial numbers and hear what they say. Or distributor of batteries.
