Hi, everywhere says recommended max charging, but the lower you can is better??? I have 6 x 100amps, and i have 20k solar panels, its almost summer here so i have a lot of sun, im currently charging at 0.3 C, i know its safe but my questio is to better charge at 0.5 C? Or the lower the better??

Lower is usually better to increase the longevity of your batteries. 0.2C for Lithium is usually the best, but 0.3C is also not bad. A lower charge voltage also improves lifespan. This depends somewhat on what battery chemistry you have.

Yes for sure 0.2C is a good number.

Just to confirm you have 600ah@48v so 6 x 5kwh batterye modules connected in parallel? 30kwh of battery capacity. If that is correct you have adequate solar power to fully charge the battery bank at 0.2C and service your loads.

Yes they are lithium 100Ah - 4.8Kw

they are 4.8 Kw, at 0.2 i charge them just fine within the day, i have 16 x 550w and 28 x 585 solar panels installed, and 3 inverters ( this setup is to mantain 4 houses im not cooking meth ahhahaha )
