What percentage for cutoff with 48V system?

Featured Replies

Hi.

I'm getting confused here with some basic maths but then I also don't understand the question.

On my inverter with a HINA ESS Hi-5 battery, I need to set the cutoff voltage but as a percentage.

According to the sticker on the side, suggested cutoff voltage is 49-50V. The inverter asks for a percentage. Is it percentage used or percentage left.

Please help me with the correct value for 49V as a percentage.

Thanks.

Deon

Inverter low DC cut off % is set by some 15 % and otheres 20% when it comes to volts this will depend on amount cells and cell chemistry of cell .

If you using com cable then % is used I'd you not then volts like I say will depend on the battery .

The manual provides the answer. 49-50V is at 20%.
