Otherwise not really possible to accurately troubleshoot

The cause could be one of the following: Overvoltage or undervoltage. Overcurrent during charge/discharge. Overtemperature. Cell imbalance. Communication error with inverter or BMS.RUN LED - OFFNormally this should be on (green) when operating normally. Its absence confirms the battery is in a protection/standby mode due to the fault.Power Cycle Sequence:Turn off the battery using the On/Off button. Wait 30–60 seconds. Turn off the inverter completely (AC and DC isolators). Turn the battery on first, wait for it to boot.Then turn the inverter back on.Hope this helps.
