Featured Replies

Morning

today my 10kw sunysynk battery is showing these lights, I tried to turn it on and off and and to reset but no getting it right. my configurations are as follows:

16kw sunsynk inverter

East facing panels = 4kw

west facing panels = 4 kw

north facing panels = 6 kw

10kw sunsynk battery , BMS settings are capacity 208h, charging 60A, discharging Amps 100

Hope the battery is still okay

Do you have access to cell voltages and BMS data?

If you do, post them here. Otherwise not really possible to accurately troubleshoot

ALM (Alarm) - Red Light On

This means the battery has detected a fault or protection condition. The cause could be one of the following: Overvoltage or undervoltage. Overcurrent during charge/discharge. Overtemperature. Cell imbalance. Communication error with inverter or BMS.

RUN LED - OFF

Normally this should be on (green) when operating normally. Its absence confirms the battery is in a protection/standby mode due to the fault.

Power Cycle Sequence:

Turn off the battery using the On/Off button. Wait 30–60 seconds. Turn off the inverter completely (AC and DC isolators). Turn the battery on first, wait for it to boot. Then turn the inverter back on.

Hope this helps.
