What type of lights? Halogen or Led? Voltages between Life & Neutral. Then mainly, voltage between Neutral and Earth at that stage. If proper Neutral_Earth bond when in Island mode, there should be no voltage between N&E.

You must say what kind of roof cover. Corrugated, IBR, Slate or concrete tiles.

That is because they used Flat 2+Earth. You should get voltage between the neutrals and the 3 red (lifes) all the time and not between Neutrals and the top single red if the switch is off. One of the 3 is the actual supply from DB(?) and then get bridged to 2 different circuits.

That is correct. But make sure if you want the short or long cables. (depends on where you mount the second battery) Short for side by side, long for top and bottom. {Typical Voltex, also bought another 2 batteries September 2025 from them, still waiting for them to supply only the connectors so that I can make up my own cables. Eventually, I cut that short cable in half and jointed it with a ferrule and lug to the busbar. }

Why I asked, it looks like 10 panels in landscape mode (2 rows, of 5) So, this lot must be mounted on one frame at an angle. He can't mount each panel at an angle separately because of shading from one panel onto another.
