July 13, 20251 yr Hello,Suddenly my inverter turned off in the sunny day, and it is not able to load - check the images.
July 13, 20251 yr Greetings @Ali Rammal may you kindly provide more information such as:Size of inverterNumber of solar panels and configurationWhat was happening when it switched off (something was turned on or off on your loads)What battery you have and sizes and what percentage State of Charge was your batteries atWhen you say it refuses to switch on, you mean as per last photo where inverter is on but it shows a fault and is not going into normal working mode?
July 14, 20251 yr Author Hi @Moffat ,1. small inverter 3000W2. 6 panels3.4. nothing suddenly the electricy went down in the day sunny day, I checked the inverter unable to start, I tried many things but if started with or ref light fault or the first two green and shutdown, even on AC utility did not turned on, blue screen only, the fan did not work also.
July 15, 20251 yr As a trouble shooting measure try the following:Option A: - Assumes your panels have an issueSwitch off your panels - hopefully you have a disconnect switchDisconnect loadsTurn on inverter and see if that worksOption B: - Assumes your battery or batteries have an issue/faultSwitch off your panelsDisconnect loadsDisconnect battery or turn off batterySwitch on A/CSwitch on Inverter and see if that worksOption C: - Assumes your inverter is damagedAll else is offSwitch on battery, do not switch on A/CSee if inverter switches on to normalIf all above fails, then get a technician to come with a test meter, my sad assumption is likely something happened and the inverter has been affected. Do you have an external MPPT for your panels? Also check that. Are you able to enter the menus by holding down the menu button to check which error type it is? If you are able to do so, this will be the fastest method to know which error the inverter is reporting. Edited July 15, 20251 yr by Moffat
July 20, 20251 yr That looks to me like the display is playing up; either faulty or not getting good power.Does the inverter work (power loads, charge the battery) despite the display not functioning? My guess is that this is a clone, and they have used low quality capacitors. Recapping the power supply might work. IF it's a Voltronic clone, and if you're good with electronic repair, details can be found on this forum.
