Axpert King to PylonTech US2000 and US3000

Featured Replies

Hi everybody,

I am planning to connect an Axpert King 5Kw to a bank of PylonTech batteries. The existing bank consists of 2x US2000 plus units.

Question is if it will be possible to add a PylonTech US3000B battery to the bank in parallel and also will it be difficult to get the correct settings for the combination?

Any comments or ideas please

according to pylontech they can be mixed yes

Thanks Dex,

I assume that it will be relatively easy to set the inverter up in accordance with the combined amp ratings.

US3000 should be installed as the master/first battery

you seem to have his exact requirement as your system, what is your amp charge setting 2?

How will the US3000 as master and the 2x US2000’s get charged in sync? The US3000 needs more amps to get charged simultaneously with the US2000’s? Will the system split the feed in proportion to the capacities or will it take longer to charge the US3000?

25 amp per Pylon

You need to set at 75 amp coz you have 3 pylons and the built in BMS sorts charge sync and distribution accordingly. They all charge simultaneously.
