My Growatt's built in battery level indicator and the growatt portal shows my batteries are always 100%, but at the same time the voltage indicator correctly shows fluctuating voltage between 49 and 55v. See Battery Level 100% below yet voltage is only 53.2v and the SOC shows 100% since 00:00 this AM, which is impossible.

 

How can I get my battery level to display correctly?

I am having the SAME issue.... 48v battery Bank ( 4 12v 100AH AmpereTime in series ).  Voltage reported from the Growatt Portal is correct yet SOC charge has stayed 100%

Have the same problem with my growatt 5000se showing 25% when im running 6 hours on my 6kwh lithium battery it charge 100% and as soon as I start using it , it shows 25% until it changes again its show that on the inverter and the phone shine app

The solution is to connect the inverter to the bms of the battery. And to cycle the battery.

Self discharge is not counted by the inverter.
