Hi @TheRoDent, I double checked and it was off for some reason. Switched it on and all the info showed up. Thank you very much.

Is there a sonoff (or ewelink compatible) device that will allow me to plug in my normal 3 prong appliances and switch them remotely?
Something like the attached but Ewelink compatible.
I used to buy the Sonoff Basic but then I still have to wire a janus and three prong plug to it and then it hangs off the wall socket and becomes expensive, time consuming and messy.

I do, for the rest of the house, but I like the dimming and RGB offered by the other brands - it's for my movie room.

    Hi
We unfortunately don’t have a certified CB yet and I can wait till Sonoff one day bring them out. I am happy that there is a lot of good hardware out there that works with eWeLink which really does help and simplifies the configuration.

I'm very excited for this section. I use sonoff products a lot to automate and measure my solar requirements.
I also use products that are not sonoff but also use ewelink. Can we post about that here, also? For example there is a very nice 63A compact wifi breaker with din-rail compatibility that Sonoff unfortunately does not have.
My first question - where can I find the 16A POW2 unit? Seems to be out of stock?

The forms are the easy part. But I've been trying to reach them for months on this, emailing documentation, waiting in calls just to be terminated when I'm caller number 4. I have case numbers and filled in forms. So maybe if they read this thread they can contact me for a change.

I'm in agreement, I've got two Growatt 5000's and they are not communicating with the BMS. Initially I've put a lot of effort in trying to get this right, but really, I just need to see their voltage, everything else is just info overload imo. Eventually Growatt will get their act together and become more compatible, but in the mean time, I don't see a need.
I knew very well some people have huge problems with the Growatts but I've been running one for about 10 months with no major problems. I've recently purchased another, and there are predictably hickups installing. But honestly, with the Victrons an order of magnitude higher cost, I'm prepared to put in some hours to make the system work, which will then enable me to run a bigger system than I would have otherwise. This might be foolhardy in the end, but I'm going to give it my all.
