Featured Replies

Hi

Which is the correct way to wire up the batteries for this setup ?

The installer and the supplier have two differing ways.

You should  always take the power from opposite ends of an in-parallel bank, in order to make all the batteries see the same voltage across their terminals.

So, option 1 is the correct one.

Thanks,I have changed it to that.

I am still get the battery shutting down though . Will follow the Silicone Kid's Guide and see if that corrects it

2xUS3000c batteries can only deliver a sustained load of about 3500watt without solar and AC being present. They will shutdown on higher loads. Maybe this is the cause?

Hi Deon

This is on LOW loads (Sub 1000w) , I think it is a communication issue with the inverter .

Hence i'm trying to find someone to do the firmware upgrade and confirm setup is correct (Comm. cable wiring ,etc)

thanks
