I had a issue with my OGS5.6 where the display would loose segments of the letters or figures. Returned to Segen CT and they said they re-routed the cables. (I dont have PV connected)

Mine also seems to be going offline after a hour or so, then need to login again

Whats happened to the other dashboards that where available , ie dark theme etc ? Anyone else note the dashboards are missing Hubble should make the themes user configurable

Spoken to Hubble, they say it's not implemented in their firmware yet. Could someone with Axpert inverter please confirm if they can read the battery data via Cloudlink. I would expect this to be the most valuable data Hubble would want if they did a remote logon to a clients battery pack I can only read SOH percentage

The amount of websites offering solar products overwhelmed me when I first looked into a system. Just the thought of transferring large amounts of cash to some online shop was putting me off. Until I found this forum, where fellow members opinions made the decision easier. New install, Kodak OGS, Hubble AM and Riot Cloudlink When accessing battery attributes info, all the battery info is blank , ie serial number etc, only thing showing is SOH Anyone had this issue before I open ticket ?
