  1. When you say "it trips" , can you be a bit more detailed ? When I had mine connected I tested both ways and works fine any way it is. Is the inverter talking BMS to the batteries or Voltage ? Maybe voltage settings are not correct or min / max amperage. What is the load on the inverter ?
  2. Guess voltage is OK but what bothers me is your current on the PV1 is only 6A ! You should see much higher amperage on this string as you have 2 strings in parallel here. I run 18 x 390W Panels 2SP on MPPT1 and I have much higher current on PV1 around 18-19A at 6000W , and my panels can make Impp 11.54A / Isc 12.14A. Are you sure your strings are BOTH connected as they should. Try to disconnect them and connect them one at the time to see if there is any difference. Something not right as long as your Amps are same on MPPT1 and 2 and you have 2 parallel strings on MPPT1.
  3. What are the specs of the panels ? (Voltage , Amperage etc ) What voltage do you see on each string ? Voltage might not be high enough per each string to generate the power you expect.
  4. Thanks ! Yes, seems to be an Infinisolar E 5.5 ! Thanks again
  5. Yes, this I know , I am trying to figure out who made it and how to control it. Guy bought the house with it installed and knows nothing about it. The electrician that came to check it knows nothing about it either..
  6. You think so ? Looking to the models I resembles a bit but none of their models look like the one I saw.
  7. Hi guys. Have a friend that has this inverter installed together with some Lead Acid batteries. Inverter is blinking on battery icon and says "0 % Battery" and a "WRN" icon also blinking. Tested batteries just for voltage and they indicate 46.5V .. so I guess inverter shut down battery due to low voltage. I would like to find out what inverter it is and what software can I use to connect to it and see the settings and real time readings.
  8. That I understand , but if you have 184V between panels and earth , this means you have a 184v leak from panels to earth.
  9. I would say it is a big problem. Try to remove the earth wire from panels and see if you have any significant change.
  10. I do not have the EaSun anymore, changed to a Deye 3 Phase.
  11. I had simmilar issues with a Voltronic licensed under EaSunPower. I had 18 x 385w Panels in 2SP config and I could see peaks of 4,5-5kw. Then I added 2 more panels on each string and voila ... power went up to 6kw. Seems Voltronic units don't like voltage lower than 360V.
  12. I wanna remove the US2000 to replace them with an US5000. My rack is full so I can't add more units. Also the 2 x US2000 will get depleted faster than the US3000.
  13. Looking at the PV power , it is not enough to supply the load. You have 2.8kw load and only 898W solar power , so it will pull from either Grid or battery, all depending on your settings. If you don't want any battery drain , set your battery voltage a bit higher or set it in SUB mode.
  14. Yes, but you need to have access from Deye to do this or be taken under someone with a pro access. If you send me your logger number I can help you with that.
  15. After I swapped some of them around , things started to look better. At least the US3000 are closer to each other. Soon I will remove the last 2 of them which are US2000 and replace them with an US5000
  16. @Tariq : Does it matter ? My question is related to panels configuration and how do I add more in 2 more strings without loosing to much power. I know I will have at least one string that will not produce anything during half the day but I don't want to have 2 strings that pull each-other down. @Speedster I think it is just parallel connection on the board yes , now I need to figure out how do I reconfigure everything (even if I must split the first parallel string).
  17. Hi guys. I was looking at the MPPT configuration on the Deye inverters. It has 2 MPPT's where MPPT1 has 2 inputs. I'm currently runing 2 strings in parallel and I connected them in parallel on the roof, so I come down with one set of wires only. Put them on MPPT1 input 1. This strings are on SOUTH (I live in Europe so bear with the South positioning ) . Now , I am planing to add one , if possible 2 more strings , one on East and one on West. As the East and West will only receive each partial sun during the day ... what would be my best option ? Run the existing strings on MPPT2 and then use split MPPT1 for the E and W ? As far as I can see there is no blocking diode on MPPT1 tracker .... Options , ideas ?
  18. Re arranged yesterday and now charging. Curious how will look in the morning when they will discharge whole night.
  19. Yesterday I moved them around a bit .. hard work let me tell you ... we will see the following days.
  20. Quick question for those who run Pylontech stack with different battery models. Recently I upgraded my stack with 2 x US3000C and I run a total of 8 batteries. One US3000C is master and rest slaves. All runs ok , no issues. I have upgraded the firmware on all so they all run same level of firmware. From the inverter I run 2 x 50mm2 wire in 2 splitters and from there I go with 2 x 35mm into 2 x DC Breakers. So I run with 2 sets of wire for feeding the pylontech. 2 Power Wires on top battery and 2 power wires on bottom battery. All good , all ok but I noticed one thing (this could be normal behavior as last 2 pylons are only 2.4kw model) , when discharging or charging they will never charge or discharge equally. Not even the US3000C will have "equal" (or almost equal) level of charge discharge. Normal or I am being paranoid again ? First 6 packs are US3000C , last 2 are the US20000 This is in the afternoon when I start discharging , in the morning the diference is bigger.... like one US3000C is at 50% , one at 45 , one at 40 ... randomly , not in a certain order.
  21. Sorry my mistake , price can go from 0.3Eur to 1.5Eur ... so +1 eur jump.
  22. For me it was confirmed is a Firmware issue. For now , just set it in USE mode an use voltage.
  23. Problem is the prices changes hourly. So at 5PM price can be 1USD and at 6 it can be 6USD. Charging as much as possible in that ONE hour is essential.
  24. Yes, but not sure if the "cheap" off grid systems have the capability of charging with 150-250A from Grid. We study the market for possibilities now
  25. Should I start to worry here ? Temp went around 42 degrees on on the Pack 4 on the BMS... cell temp seems ok... battery charges and discharges fine in tandem with the others , so it seems fine in terms of power. It has 35 cycles or so.
