My 2025 Deye inverter reports Pylon. Using Can bus. Dip switches are being used for different battery banks. If you have only one bank leave on 0000.

We need the Earth Bond/ Neutral protection. Specially on inverter side of things. Otherwise, your earth-leakage will not work. Works the same as "Signal Island mode" selection. This one is Hardware based. Used on Sunsynk and Deye inverters.

Could be the case. Very dangerous Earth leakage tester will point this out to you.

"Signal Island Mode" is used to earth bond your inverter when Grid is not available. When you lose your grid. You lose the earth connection on Municipal side. Get a qualified electrician to sort this out.

A) purely only draw from the mains most of the times. B) will not work. C) use the 1KW of solar PV energy and slowly heat up the geyser, will also not happen. 5.30 to 6.30 AM no sun. 5 to 7 mostly no sun. Perhaps in summer but most of the time will come of mains.

Any body knows installer that can fix my two installs. Both SunSynk inverters. Flat and house install does not have a earth if supply falls away. Once back it works again. I also measure between earth and neutral 117VAC. This wrong. My earh leakage does not work once supply falls away I have two two units availble for install. (Earth Neutral Bond kit) Pls PM me with a number to contact. I did e-mail Steven he did not respond.

My SunSynk inverter does that. Flat and House install. That is when Eskom falls a way. See above description that is what I also measure. On earth leakage test I see Live an Neutral but no earth. When Eskom returns I can trip my sockets with earth leakage tester again. I ssume this has to do with Earth Neutral bond absent while running inverter. I have seen a drawing here. When eskom fails, the relay contac has a neutral connection. Once enegised the Neutral is feed to Earth Bar. When Eskom returns the relay energizes and you lose the connection, Dont look at the resitor in the drawing. Leave that part out. That is my understanding.

Got it working via my LapTop and not Android phone. Dont know why. Did it last night early morning, quit a distance away from inverter. This morning I did setup my plant. We have two inverters on this property. Property has 3-Phase supply. One phase for the flat and other two supply house. See attached pic.

Hello all Im having problem setting up wifi dongle on my 8kW inverter. I have used the document and password to setup. No go. I have taken my router and stuck it very closeby, 300mm from the unit. See the attached files, The EAP-11607 is my 5kW inverter. RED led is on. Green LED flashes now and then. Any help will be appriciated. It is driving me nuts.

I bought most things online. Some of the retailers get stock like batteries next minute sold out. I was lucky and bought 2* UP5000 batteries. I think bigger installers take most of the stock and leave very little stock. Supply and demand

If you look at the SOC APP vs Inverter you will see the difference/ No hard feelings. It worked ok then all of sudden this morning belly up.

Has someone come across this problem. Who do you belief? If someone knows how to rectify pls reply. What is broken.

I have most of the equipment (Invertor 8kW, 12 Solar Panels and 2 Pylontech 5kWh battries) Panel equipment rails etc. PV-cable 6mm2 and Plugs Installer to supply PV-DB for 2 strings Installer to supply AC-DB. Re-arrange old DB. Installer to supply Earth wire and Earth spike. Installer to supply COC Installer to crimp PV cable and not side cutter.
