Spoke to Hubble. They recommend that the total length of positive and total length of negative be the same. Cables between batteries same length as well.

So just leave the positive and negative as they are ? As long as connecting cables are the same between units?

Hi All, I know battery cable length has been discussed but I need to triple check. I want to connect my second Hubble AM2 to my Sunsynk inverter. Positive and negative cable from inverter to battery disconnect same length. Positive from battery disconnect to first battery 125cm Negative from battery disconnect to second battery 180cm Negative and positive between batteries 53cm Sorry for sounding absolutely stupid, cable length need to be the same length, is it the cables between the batteries or the total length of the positive and the total length of the negative ? Thanks in advance.

Unsure, battery alarm kept going off as soon as SOC hits 32-28%. Hope it's something that will be covered under warranty. Will post outcome as soon as I know more

Got the cable, Hubble support checked and the one cel (Cel 8) was low, difference was around 90mv Unit handed in at Hubble support. ( unit around 18 months old )

Hi All, I have a Sunsynk 5KW inverter paired with a Hubble AM2 battery. Around two weeks ago had a major area outage and house was running on battery, power went off and I thought the battery hit 20%, but looking at inverter the SOC was 35% and Battery ALM flashing red. Charged unit when power came back and tested to see how low SOC will go, will not go lower than 28-30%. I disconnected load, pressed battery reset, reboot system ( as per guidelines but same results ) Just tried again today by setting system to 20% SOC and got to 28% and stopped running on battery. Inverter( COMM:E426 – MCU:3381-1515 ), Kit was installed May 2023. Any advice? Thanks, Kevin

Using a Honda EU65is generator on my 5Kw Sunsynk, connected to AUX port. Works without any problems

@Carnajo the one you mentioned works very well.I have installed mine in the gate electronics enclosure, just ran the 4 wires from my excisting remote receiver the the boar, positive, negative and NO or NC depending on your receiver. Paired to ewe link app. I sometimes need to open my gate remotely, look at my security cameras and poen the gate all from the office, even open and close the garage and turn alarm on and off Oh, just make sure you have WIFI at your gate/electronics box.

Hi all, Is there a way to see what my total solar production for the day was? Kit: Sunsynk 5kw inverter. I know it will only use what the house is drawing but would be nice to see what the generation was even if it wasn't used. Cheers, Kevin
