That’s what I thought, but it happened again even with just a 200W load 😅. I’m starting to suspect it’s related to LVRT (Low-Voltage Ride-Through Capability), since I keep getting an LVRT alarm every time the grid goes off. Because of this feature, the inverter tries hard to stay connected to the grid, assuming it’s only a voltage dip. But in reality, it’s a complete grid power cut, which causes the overload. This also explains why it only happens during the daytime, since the feature is designed to keep solar selling active in hybrid inverters. What do you think?

I will give you another case maybe I can explain my idea (as using the other smaller Aircon and imaginary 5k VM III in the example will help ) 1 tone Aircon =1100 W Vacuum = 1800 W 1100+1600=2700 surge =3*2700=5400 Voltronic 5K would handle it smoothly ( according to data sheet I assume ) but my LF which should has much powerful surge is even failing to power 1 tone and vacuum

actually my question is why this specific low freq inverter which suppose to provide powerful surge capabilities because it is low freq , is less capable than my old Voltroniic one

I previously used a Voltronic VM III twin inverter, which allowed me to power a 1.5-ton air conditioner and a 1800W vacuum cleaner simultaneously. However, after switching to a Felicity IVGM 5kW low-frequency inverter (which weighs 32kg, confirming its low-frequency design), I'm no longer able to run both devices at the same time. what are the pros and cons for Low frequency inverters VS high frequency inverters ? I used to have HF cheap 6kW inverter that can handle 1.5 tone Airon + 1800w vacuum surge , but when I replaced with low freq industrial inverter , the inverter fails in this scenario I tried to check the user manual , they have not mention any thing about surge power , so is it inherited feature in low freq inverter that they cant handle more than their rated capacity ? and what are the others differences between them in real daily use

Hello everyone, I’m using a Felicity IVGM 5kW hybrid inverter and I’ve noticed a strange behavior. During the daytime, when the solar panels are producing, if the grid power goes out, the Backup Load output cuts off for a few seconds before coming back. At night, when there is no solar production, the switchover from grid to battery is smooth with no interruption. So the problem only happens when solar power is present. My questions are: Could the Anti-Islanding protection be the reason for this short power cut? If I set the export power to 0W, can I safely disable Anti-Islanding to avoid this problem? Has anyone faced the same issue with Felicity IVGM or similar hybrid inverters, and found a working solution? Thanks in advance for any advice.

I have pulled the Triger .. I installed Felicity T-Rex , it is 100% silent without fans , only massive heat sink and provide similar Features to Deye and Solis

Does the grid charging current is taking form maximum UPS port load ? for example can I charge my batteries with 4000 watt and use 3000 on load port ?

I am telecom engineer my desire to enjoy the technology is one of my motives to change my Voltronic inverter , I won't deny wat 4- decent 5- I am on my own regarding all options except Felicity IVGM and chisage , there is a good after sales and support in my area

Hello everyone, I have a question about setting up my solar panels with an MPPT inverter. I have 4 solar panels and I want to add 4 more, each with a voltage of 45V. 100% correct but all mentioned inverter have Gen port/Smart port but the they have a little differences in the option
