    Hi Guys
Just want to share the video I put together on how I connected my Home Assistant to my BSL Batteries.
Took a while to get it to work but I think I have worked out most of the kinks, let me know what you guys think.

Assuming that this is a firmware issue (I don't know), unfortunately the latest available firmware for this model is 60.10 (almost certainly older than what you already have), and 25.16 (the same as what you have).
There is however a 68.13 firmware, hex file dated September 2025. This may or may not work for your model, see the thread below to decide. @Tarek Yag, you may want to include this one in your wonderful thread.
This is main (U1) factory firmware version 68.13 for the Axpert VM III 1.5kW, 4kW, and 6kW '28062 Twin. Do not use with any other model or version, although if your inverter comes with 60.xx, it may work, see above.
Use at your own risk. The hex file is dated 22/Sep/2025.
Firmware upload instructions for models with a removable display.
This firmware processes the QDOP command, so with suitably recent display firmware, it should support SoC% for settings 12,13, and 29 when connected to a suitable battery's BMS.

That's outside my area of knowledge. I only have 68.04, presumably older than 68.06, and 68.04 is indeed for a 4.2 kW model (as well as 1.5kw and 6.0 kW 48V). My guess is that this is a hacked firmware, and the hardware may not safely handle 4.2 kW continuously. So sorry, I have no upgrade path for this.
The 28.01 display firmware is even more mysterious. My notes say that the only 28.xx display firmwares I have seen are for ESS (batteries)!
So sorry, I've struck out on both counts. You'll have to ask your supplier for updates.

Yes, though the latest available versions are 72.05 and 02.87. They are both available at the link below, or the latest fully patched firmware for 145V max PV Kings is here.

The firmware update file for 43.22 is available from the below. I have no idea if it will fix your problem, but certainly worth a try.
  7. Thanks
Dear friend, thank you for your valuable contribution.
    Version U1: 68.12
The same model is the AXPERT KING II 6.2 twin.
You have my utmost respect and appreciation.

Do you have an AXPERT KING II 6KW?
    U1 : 60.11
    U2 : 19.18
The problem is the annoying fan noise and SOS% not appearing in option 29

Get updated firmware from your supplier (Elba Power?), or wait until a recent King II 6kW firmware appears.

Duh! If course, it's a Max II, so it will have 39.xx not 38.xx display firmware.
The latest I know of is 39.27, much more recent than 39.06, and available from the link below. Max II displays use the same firmware as VM IVs.

Whatever these are, they are not Voltronic firmwares, despite the inverters' appearance, and many similarities in the firmwares.
Sorry, I can't be more help than that.

That appears  to be a VM IV 5.6 kW Twin. Both the DSP 12.xx and the display 63.xx are quite rare. I have no firmware update files for either of those, sorry.
[ Edit: Sigh! I see that the sticker says that it's rated at 8000W. So now I have no idea what that firmware is. ]
It might be possible to update to a later main (DSP, U1) VM III or VM IV 5.6 kW  Twin firmware with a different major firmware version number, but I strongly do not recommend it.
  14. Thanks
Are you sure it's a VM VI (six! I've not seen even V (five) yet!)
It seems more like a new style VM III. Or maybe an MKS IV (not the same as a VM IV), which has twice the flash space, and is parallelable.
Unfortunately, the 72.xx numbering is the most conflicted of all.
Please post photos, or manufacturer or reseller's link, or tell us what type of display is has, and how many buttons, and if touch or ordinary buttons.
So far, those firmwares don't look remotely compatible.

Thanks. That does look like an Axpert King II 6 kW, quite possibly genuine. Unfortunately, I have seen no firmware for it.
Strange that the VM III and VM IV 6 kW models also have 60.xx firmware. I wondered if they tried to merge these firmwares, but QMN returns (VMIII-... as expected for VM IIIs and VM IVs), and there is no QGMN command, as expected for Kings and King IIs.

I'm not  familiar with any firmware for King IIs that is 60.xx, but then again I don't seem to have any that are rated at 6 kW.
Are you certain that it's not a VM III model? The VM models are notorious for the fan noise, though there are some quieter firmwares out there.
  17. Thanks

I am using it since Aug and everything looks great.

It sounds to me like a lot of work for Coulomb 😭
  21. Thanks
Ah! That makes some sense. I think I can tell by the small number of "keys" or "buttons" accessed by the firmware.
  22. Thanks
I'm not 100% sure. Yes, the sticker is strange, but some brands seem to have a deal with Voltronic that gives them an extra 200 W of rated power, e.g. Inverex.
But it's certainly possible that this is a clone, and they inflate the rated power by 200 W because they believe that this seems to be safe, and makes their product look better than the competition.
  23. Thanks
@ahmad almawal, please reply in a single post next time. I posted today several posts as they're directed towards different members and specifics and I was absent for a long while too.
We always recommend never trying to reflash a clone inverter as it may brick your inverter. Try referring to your seller if they could do anything to assist you with your issues.
You can also refer to the following post for known clues about clone Voltronic inverters:
Do I Own a Clone? - Posted by Coulomb
  24. Thanks
@ahmad almawal, I'm sorry to let you know that from the sticker photo you shared, it's obvious that you have a clone of a Voltronic inverter, not a genuine one! We can't help with clones as they mostly have modified components, and fail with official firmware updates because they mostly have a modified firmware since manufacturing, and most importantly, they're known to have a lot of issues and failures.
I just hope you didn't try to reflash it using any official firmware posted around.

I don't have anything in my collection that seems to match your hardware (which looks like a VM III to me). I have 20.13 and 20.14, but even 20.14 seems to be from early 2023.
    * Is yours perhaps a PWM model?
    * Or MPPT with max PV voltage 145 V?
If either of the above, 20.14 might suit your hardware, but I'm no expert  on these early VM/VP models.
All the battery BMS protocol code is in the display, so that's what you should be updating, at least to start with. My suspicion is that 02.68 is even preventing you from selecting battery type LIC.
