BSL 7.2 Kwh battery software version
Hello. the update is done by connecting your battery to a laptop with a 232 cable. They then log into your battery and run the update or take the batteto them to update it. why do you want do you want to ipdate it. Are your batteries on different firmware? Hi Deven. No I don't, but BSL did my upgrades over the internet after locking into my batteries remotely

WatchPower sending packets of data
Got the message from my network about a attack coming from my Axpert Mac adres. Removed it from the network and had a massive increase in network performance. Do go and read up on "Ping of Death". I am using Solar Assistant, watchpower was just an backup

Axpert inverter will not convert battery to AC mains
Thank you for the voltage reminder Coulomb, I was looking at the Solar Assistant power management graph % but my voltage was below the back to battery setting.

Axpert inverter will not convert battery to AC mains
Sitting with same problem today for some reason. Battery is as 48%, but inverter stays on line, disabled the solar assistant power function, set inverter to sbu but it stays on bypass. If I trip the line it does switch over to battery. Any idea what can be wrong

State of Charge on SA
Here is mine on 2x7.2 kwh batteries. Enough to run the house for 14 hours 18h00-07h00 including one geyser cycle. Reason I dont discharge to 20% is to cover the occasional 4-8 morning loadshedding, using AC to top up a bit. Also using a loadshedding relay to switch of geyser in the early mornings to save on batteries. My settings are a bit conservative at this stage

BSL 7.2 Kwh battery software version
Contacted BSL, got helped immediately, four batteries bought Nov, Dec 2022 had firmware 2.05. BSL updated it over the network to 2.14 and also checked the health status of all the cells.

Solar Assistant maybe compromised
The one in Gauteng looks like its fine now, left the Pi off for a couple of hours. One in NC report 109%, but inverter and battery shows still chargingging

Solar Assistant maybe compromised
Mine is orange Pi though, would the ran the same ver software

I see your version is newer, I dont see the software update tab on mine

Solar Assistant maybe compromised
It issues are on two different installation one in Gauteng one in the Northern Cape, don't think its a cable issue, currently one battery shows 105% and the other one 100%, however on the batteries themselves they are 54.1 V each

Solar Assistant maybe compromised
Can anyone running Solar Assistand please checkthe value the pi is reporting On two diffrent installations I started getting values this moring that's totally unrealistic. battery temp 1000-6000 C battery A 2000 battery V 3 v Battery ah 482 On a 135 Ah battery soc 0.2 % did reboot the same issues
-
Solar Assistant values
Douw its bsl batties. I think the issue is more than my batteries but might be related to Solar Assistant that compromisedy one system showed these values with battery temp 1500c my second system in Gauteng showed 3 volts Battery 2000 A and also 1000 c battery temp

Bsl uneven discharge
Thank yoy.The batteries weren't fully charged as we had a cloudy day. Will now keep an eye on it when it happens again and just swirch to line to complete the charge

Bsl uneven discharge
This is good news as it protects the batteries. enerally, while discharging the BMS will report the lowest SOC of an individual battery in the bank to the inverter while discharging (as opposed to the average SOC). I only looked on Solar Assistant and it reports the average, the graph and battery tab. Opening the battery tab gives individual values but seems thats not logged (maybe wrong)

Bsl uneven discharge
Thank you for the explanation, its a pity Solar Assistant doesn't graph the battery voltages independently, then it would be easy to confirm this. So there might be an issue with the second battery? Tonight it seems fine, will at some stage drain them to below 30% and see if the gap between discharge appears again

Bsl uneven discharge
That is probably the cause of your issue, the battery that is working harder is the with with the + & - connections to the inverter. no its the one connected with the links, battery 2 my slave.
