All the equipment will be within the 2.5kw range, even with laser printers startup surge. I just want to make certain that this inverter is compatible with the pylontec at 48v without a need for an external controller. At R6500 it seems a good start to expanding a system at a later stage. Thx

Hi I want to run my 2 x PC and printer off 3x300w Canadian Solar panels with pylontech 3000. Will the Mecer Axpert_MKS_PLUS 3000VA / 2400W Plus 48V Hybrid Pure Sine Wave Inverter be able to work out of the box with the pylontech. It appears from reading on the forum that any 48v inverter will work with pylontech but you need external battery monitoring etc - I really dont want more equipment. The 3VA seems to come in the 24v and 48v variety and the prices are in the R6500 region. Im not keen on the 5kw R12000 plus inverters. Any advice, suggestion or alternatives? Thanks in advance

The DB Board costs about R1500 but its Industrial. There are smaller ones on the market. I have used timer switches for the freezers etc

Hi I had this done to my board. Same as you. 3 phase in. One phase to lights and wall plugs and other 2 phases for geysers aircons etc. Used a surface mounted industrial board. Now have lots of space. Costs about R15k to do. One day job

Ive also had terrible service from sinetech. Wanted R20k to "audit" my system before advising what upgrades can be recommended.

Sorry for the late reply. Ive got 3x3kw GVFX inverters from sinetech.co.za. they charge batteries, work with or without eskom and have settings to sell or not sell to grid.

It was very very expensive. Thats what makes it so frustrating. Even sinetech cant really program the thing. There are settings on the mate, on the charge controller, on the inverter. Sigh

Hi New to the forum. Have solar for 3 years. Johannesburg 3x3KW Outback Inverters 9kw panels (various types) 2 x flexmax 80 charge controllers Mate 10 12 x 105A Delkor @ 48V = 300A Cant find somebody in JHB to properly program the outback :( Regards Merlin
