Good morning You have to use the cable that came with the inverter, the one in the (battery cable kit) will not work. RS485 on battery and BMS on inverter

Good evening I have two questions on the king 5kw OG-plus 5.48 inverter hope someone can help. 1) I have installed 2 inverters in parallel with 4 x 3.5KW pylon Batteries - my question is, do I need to split the data cable between the 2 inverters? I connected the data cable to the rs485 and bms port of my master inverter (setting 5 - PYL) and do have communication. The slave inverter I set to USE and (12 - 48V) (13 - 51V) (26 and 27 - 53.2V) (29 - 47V) 2) how do I take a data log to see what happened through say the last 2 days? When I connect my laptop to the usb with a cell phone cable I can take a log but as soon as I disconnect the pc then I only have the information that I collected whilst connected, is there a way to get recordings through the day without the pc connected. thank you in advance

Good morning sir hope you can help I have installed 2x 5kw growatt inverters in parallel (10kw) with 2x 3.5kw and 1 x 2.4kw pylon batteries, I did not receive a communication cable with the inverters, I have 2 x RJ45 cables that came with pylon battery packs, do I have to install a splitter to connect both inverters, I have done exactly what you did with your installation but I still get the error 2. and 04 fault code, if you can assist it will be greatly appreciated

Good day Hope someone can help, i need to install 2x 5kw king inverters in parallel with 30 x 320W JA solar panels,they want to add Pylon batteries later on , can i use this inverter as a GRID TIE inverter? I did see that on setting (1) that it have "SUB" and on setting (5-battery settin) a setting that says "SOL" it does not show in the manual, so i don`t know if it a type of battery like the setting "PYL" that is for Pylon or if it is for Solar. I will really appreciate if someone can assist me in this regard Thank you in advance

Good day sir I will be grateful if you can help me, i have 2x king 5kw inverters the same as specs and picture above, i want to install 30x 330W Ja solar panels (15 on each MPPT) but without Batteries will add Batteries later, they do have a 20kva backup gene already installed, what I need to know is, is this Inverter Gird tie capable, if i set setting 1 to SUB? i also see that setting 5 (battery setting) have a "SOL" Setting is that for a type of battery? like the the "pyl" setting for Pylon or is it for "Solar loud" I will really appreciate if You can assist Thank you

I have done everything that you said above but my batteries still does not charge, I have 2 x 5Kw Growatt in parallel with 2 x 3.5 Kw Pylon batteries but still no luck, please if you can help I will appreciate it a lot! Good day, I need to know if there are any limit on the wattage of a mecer2 5kw in bypass mode, or is it only on the inverter output side (dc bus). For example if the load is 7500w and the inverter is in bypass mode. Will it be fine? Thank you
