  • Hi, Did you select the closest and strongest access point when you scanned for networks using the logger?  You may have chosen a further away one with less strength and the logger sticks to that one.

  • Not that I am aware of. I only ran Solarman for a couple of months so moving over to SolarAssistant was not a train smash of losing historical data. MdF

  • Thanks Gents, I do believe I have the latest data logger, it has an ethernet port at the bottom of the dongle. I removed the dongle, and moved it about 50 cm from below the Inverter connecti

Good'day.

All of a sudden my Sunsynk logger is not working (offline for the last few days.) The issue might have to do with the fact that both the green and red light is not coming on.

I have tried to unplug it an plug it on again, but still no lights.

Is there anyone that could assist on this matter.
