I am not so sure. He is on grid then it goes to battery and then immediately back to grid again. That looks more like a grid problem to me. I would set setting 3 to APL mode.

Edit. I read it wrong. He stated from battery to grid and then back again, sorry. I just looked at the graph and assumed he was in grid mode.

The large number of cycles is due to your small battery bank.

Very small, as it only runs off batteries for about a minute and goes back to grid. Charges back to 100% in about 10 minutes then goes back to battery mode and repeats the cycle? That does not make sense to me.

You're right Don. I did not look at the timeline. Only other thing I could think of is Program 12 and 13 settings are too close to each other. Perhaps set Program 13 to 57V.

I agree. Maybe @Chris Dononion can post the rest of his settings, that would help a lot.

Looks to me that the battery bank is to small or damage. Or back to grid settings is to high. Maybe try and drop it a bit

Hi Don here are Chris D's settings

Thanks Chris, I had a look at those figures. I am not sure if he has changed them since then. If not, that is the problem with setting 12 and 13 at the same voltage level. That would really confuse the inverter and cause it to go from battery to grid and back again at very short intervals.
