July 13, 20223 yr Dear all. I have a couple of Meccer SOL-I-AX-5M inverters in parallels. They used to be connectes to lead/acid batteries. I'm considering upgrading to lithium batteries. The installers I'm in discussion with is saying that the Meccer SOL-I-AX-5M can't deal with the lithium battery controller and that it means using those inverters and lithium batteries will void the batteries warranty. Does that make sense to you? Are they simply trying to sell me a new inverter? Best regards.
July 13, 20223 yr Not exactly the same, but we are running the King model with 2x 5.5kw Hubble batteries. Look here as an example. https://www.hubblelithium.co.za/axpert-hubble-setup.html or here.

I cannot see how, but you cannot ask this question without stating the exact battery you are referring to, and best would be to check if the batteries has specified settings for lithium like Hubble has.
July 13, 20223 yr Have this same Axpert inverter connected with 3 Pylontech U3000 batteries. The Pylontech/Voltronic SOP gives Al the settings to connect. I have registered for the 10 year guarantee with photos and it was accepted.
