October 6, 20223 yr Yes, but you need to have access from Deye to do this or be taken under someone with a pro access. If you send me your logger number I can help you with that.
October 10, 20223 yr As per Jaxone's reply: You need to have Pro access with the logger (I am installer)setup. If it is setup with the installer, they can set it up for you from their side. As I am registered on the pro app (installer), I just send Deye an email for remote access and they activated it on the Solarman Business app using the login credentials of the pro access. A bit confusing the whole process, but I now have access to all the settings, including "Time of use".
October 11, 20223 yr Author thanks so much for the info. I am currently using Solarman Smart (home). Will remove the plant, and do the setup on the pro version, then contact Deye to enable the remote support for me.

I can create my own plant, but can't add my logger to it because he has the logger details already setup from his side
