Perhaps a discount-tradein for counterfeits(cost-price?) or bounty for reports that lead to prosecution would generate extra customer favour in this regard

If Tesla has a registered trademark in the USA, other USA companies have to comply with the law. BSLBatteries is a Chinese company and complies with Chinese law. So, my questions still stands - Is “Powerwall” a registered trademark of Tesla in China?

We are building an anti-counterfeiting system where you can get information about the battery, including whether it comes from BSLBATT, when you enter your battery code on the system

A quick search of the CIPC trademarks database reveals that Tesla registered Powerwall as a trademark in SA in August 2018.
