Perhaps a discount-tradein for counterfeits(cost-price?) or bounty for reports that lead to prosecution would generate extra customer favour in this regard

And what safeguards have you put in place to ensure that the potential customer can contact you to verify that it is counterfeit or not?
How should the potential customer contact you to determine whether the advertised product is yours or counterfeit?

I thought Powerwall is a protected trademark of Tesla. How does BSLBATT get to use it?

Those batteries come from China. Is “Powerwall” a registered trademark of Tesla in China?

Makro is an American company (owned by Walmart). If Tesla has a registered trademark in the USA, other USA companies have to comply with the law.

BSLBatteries is a Chinese company and complies with Chinese law.

So, my questions still stands - Is “Powerwall” a registered trademark of Tesla in China?

We are building an anti-counterfeiting system where you can get information about the battery, including whether it comes from BSLBATT, when you enter your battery code on the system

Neither of us is providing an informed answer. Perhaps the local agents who started this thread should come to the fore and provide us with the answer.

A quick search of the CIPC trademarks database reveals that Tesla registered Powerwall as a trademark in SA in August 2018. Powerwall.thumb.jpg.5610ca152278109b45bb9e7bf17941c6.jpg
