Hi guys. I have a 5kw inverter recently installed. I was trying to set password then it locked me out. The inverter now requires a 5 digit password and I have looked through the manual and can’t find it.

Anyone who can assist please. Much appreciated 

Installer probably set it so you'll have to get it from them

Switch off grid, switch off PV, do a factory reset, password is 9999.

If it’s a screen lock then the password has to be generated directly from Sunsynk.

I have a 8kW inverter and seem to be having a similar problem to what you had.  Did you manage to get the pass code that it was requesting? If yes, where did you get it please?

The manual is horribly shit, it spoke about 4 digit codes?

7777/9999/1234 but not a 5 digit code

Good morning! After update my grid settings are locked 🔒! I need to change the grid frequency bandwidth. Does someone know how to unlock? Password? Thanks for your help!

7777 worked for me, thanks.

my 16kw single phase inverter is blocked. It doen't need 99999 anymore. It only said try to reset after 00:00:00

Hi Simon,

did you manage to solve the blocked issue? having the same issue this side.

After waiting I emailed [email protected] they asked Invoice of the product/prove of purchase.I then send it to them. 

and that was it after they send me the 6 digit code.
