Problem with Victor Max 10.2 Kw

@Talino8 Do you have communication between your battery and the inverter?. I cannot afford to damage the inverter again hence i'm asking for advices from people that have done it already and working accordingly or properly

@Phuti I have no communication between the inverter and BMS. I have a homemade battery made of 280k Lifepo4 cells and a JBD BMS. The battery's charging and discharging are managed through the inverter voltages. In case of any issues, the BMS will intervene. It has already intervened several times by disconnecting the battery, and the inverter has not been damaged.

The values I have set are

05: USE

26: 55V

27: 55.5V

29: 48V

I use these values because they allow me to use most of the battery's charge without putting unnecessary strain on it.

P.s. Do you have the link of this seller? I can't find it anywhere

Thank you.

When it comes to the main issue of the inverter disconnecting the PVs, it seems to happen specifically when there's a voltage drop in the PV array and the available energy is low. This occurrence is rare on consistently cloudy days, but more common on sunny days when clouds pass by. I believe that reprogramming the software could potentially solve this problem, but identifying the manufacturer of the inverter isn't easy. NEXT appears to be the largest company that assembles these inverters. If any of you have encountered this problem and found a solution, please share your experience.

Seller sent me a new control board. Worked ok for some time but now i'm facing other thing like voltage drop, even if the sky it's clear.it drops till 90v,reduce de curent and than starts again. Before voltage drop inverter starts making a high frequency noise from bottom-middle-left side. I discussed with seller and seems to be pv board issue. This was not a good investment... 😞

It will be nice if some of you will find a way do solve it in firmware...for me software it's above my knowledge... I'm mechatronics guy, but more to mechanics... I have a control board to use it for testing, with guidance from your side,if will be the case...

These are on-grid inverters, capable of exporting to the grid. Presumably these inverters have certifications that have legal implications. I won't touch them, sorry.

Good day.
Disconnecting the panels - I have the same problem on the same model - victor max 10.2 kw
Did you manage to solve the problem? How - in what way - by intervention?
You write that the problem is also described by other users of the hybrid - where - on what forum is it possible to read about the problem?
Thank you Jan

I still haven't found a solution. I discovered that it disconnects the PV even on sunny days. Additionally, I realized that another variable to consider seems to be low load. If the output is high, it doesn't seem to occur.

At the moment, I have patched the situation in this way:

1)I have created a large battery pack of 15 kWh, so I am more protected from PV disconnection.

2)I added an MPPT to which I connected an additional 2.5 kW of PV, which always supports the charge.

Since the first of March, this inverter has produced 600 kWh for me. So, it is true that it has problems, but with the solutions that I have found, it can be used without issues.

I am still waiting for someone to find a real solution.

I have two models with the same parameters, but the blue one does exactly the same as my colleague's, it disconnects mppt, I took the control board from the white one and put one on the blue one and it works normally, I think the software is to blame, I mention that the softwares are different

I replaced the controller cards on the 10.2kW and the 8.2kW and disconnects are gone.

Ver. 30 05 for the 10.2

Very  29 05 for the 8.2

Thanks for your help. But where can I buy this card? Does Daxtromn sell this piece? Or where can I find it?

I have this exact inverter, my version is different (more up to date), the only weird thing I find with it is that for some reason 10 out of my 20 panels are not being considered/connected. I have 9kw in panels and it goes max to 4.5-4.7kw, I assume its a bad connection from the installer but something to keep in mind. (Installer used all PV connections, PV1 and PV2 and im assuming PV2 is wack in the string connection up top or something, if this can only register max 4.5kw-4.7kw of PV then it sucks lol)

hi is my parameter from LiFePO4 Battery lithium

discharge cut-off voltage 42
over discharge recovery 45
normal charging voltage 58.4
surge charging voltage 60
overvoltage protection 58.4
overvoltage recovery 56

know parameters corresponds to that it numbers for victor hybrid solar inverter 10.2kw
please help me
thanks

Is it possible to read the software from the white daxtromn and upload it to the blue one? The problem with disconnecting MPPT disappears when we load the 230V output with a higher power, e.g. 2000W for about 30 seconds.

It's not possible to read main firmware from one inverter and copy it to another, without a password and special hardware.

It is however possible to do this for display firmware, as others have demonstrated on this forum.

Unfortunately, Daxtromn no longer sells a separate control board. I wonder which signal/voltage level at the input of the control board disconnects the MPPT charging, I measured the pins during operation and the voltage changes on two of them as the power of the MPPT regulator increases. The load on the converter causes the MPPT controller to work continuously, I have a Jtag cable and several programmers... The inverter and its basic function, the MPPT charger, does not work properly.

You can't mix 8 and 10 kW firmwares anyway, except perhaps for testing.

These are not Axperts, so commonly available firmware won't work.

Although you can't get a replacement control board, perhaps you can get a firmware update file from Daxtromn.

The way that Axperts control the high voltage solar chargers is via a separate connector, not the 48-pin connector on the main board. But these may well be different.

Itt a videó a meghibásodásról....

Sokan írtak a vezérlőpanel cseréjéről! A vezérlőpanel cseréje megoldja a problémát???? Vagy esetleg firmware frissítés kell hozzá??? Előre is köszönöm a válaszokat 🫡(az inverter többi része jól működik)
