Abbas Olatayo
Good day all, there is a fault or warning with code NE F73 on axpert MKSIII inverter, I have tried to troubleshoot but yet to fix out the cause of the issue and no solution. The 2 units connected to work in parallel but not working. Please advise

You may also have to cold restart by disconnecting ac in and battery. F73 is unusual, i cannot see one in the manual. NB : wether you may know this or not, please, NEVER combine ac outputs when one or more inverter is in single mode. I will never sleep if i am in the remotest manner responsible for this. Yes, it’s very unusual, and that’s the main reason I sought for assistance. All other connections are good, inverter works as single mode. For example, one is set to 220 V, the other set to 230 V. Obviously, this won't fly when paralleling. Note that to change the output voltage, the inverter switch has to be OFF (so there is no output generated). Make sure you have a charging source (AC-in or PV), or do it quickly so that the inverter doesn't shut down before or as it is writing the new value to EEPROM. The NE part just means it's a NEw machine, not yet decided if it will become a master or a slave. Edit: Sorry it took so long to respond Edited March 19, 2023 by Coulomb BritishRacingGreen

Just had the issue now on a site and one inverter was at 230v and the rest at 220v Adjusting them all to the same voltage solved the fault.
